When a booking is longer than 14 days, Guests have to pay - Every 14 day- a new cleaning fee because we have to clean the Apartment and change bed linen and towels to make sure everything stay healthy and clean - it is mandatory by booking more than 14 days.- We will advise you some days before we come and do the work - You will be charged by a request, to transfer the cleaning fee by bank transfer. The property is only to use for holiday and vacation-related purposes.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
