The pools were lovely, and looks just like the photos. The staff I spoke with constantly on whatsapp was wonderful and did as much as they could do to assist with our stay, In hindsight it was good to stay out of the little town of Mui Ne, as it was a dirty and loud town, and we didnt have to hear the constant noise.

Our room was unclean when we arrived. It was a weird complex, and no one took credit cards, and we had to pay in VND for the most expensive hotel in our whole Vietnam stay. It was not worth the amount we paid. We had to get a new card each day to use the pool towels, and we only were given one card for the 4 of us to use the elevators. It was just a inefficient place. Also, we had to wait forever to get the buggy to take us to the taxi, and after10 min we had to plead for them to let the taxi up to the top of the hill, as they had no staff to get the buggy to take us down.
