A very bad experience. No information was given about the apartment to find it. There was no number, precise location, or contact number. I tried to call the number on the website, which is a number in France. There was no response. I sent many messages on the phone and e-mail to Booking to send the location and apartment number, or to send a contact number in Annaba and there was no response even though they knew that I was with children and the weather was very bad and the rain was heavy, but unfortunately there was no response. Their treatment was unprofessional and irresponsible, especially since there is no information about the apartment on Booking except for the pictures. As for the area, it is full of chaotic construction and difficult to access and transportation is very difficult there. I don't recommend it. After a long wait, from 11:00 am until 14:00 pm, I had to book a hotel room because the taxi I booked refused to wait with me any longer, and waiting for it also cost me a lot of money.☹️
