Located on a quiet terraced street, local to Avenham Park and riverside. Handy for visiting the town centre(15/20min walk) and train station. The nearest bus route was about a 10min walk away, may need this as it is quite a steep hill into the town centre.
As it sleeps upto 7 people, one bathroom/toilet is not enough, managed ok with our party of 4. Could do with curtains in the bedrooms, not too bad this time of year(Dec), could be problem when the light mornings come. Though we did not drive into the centre, the road system is a nightmare, even the Uber drivers were restricted to many streets so had to drive round the city to get to Connaught Rd.

The bed was comfortable
No heating , no hot water . Water coming through the ceiling. Not able to stay for the full time . Told that there was no alternative accommodation. We were left with no wear to sleep three hundred miles from home . House was very cold and very wet. No t v unless you had your own codes for channel.

location really good parking outside and cricket club top of the road. great park on the door step for a walk and only 15min walk to town centre
