Welcomely - Das alte Haus

La habitación era amplia, el colchón muy cómodo, estaba bien limpio. La heladera enfriaba muy bien, la zona tranquila y silenciosa, con bares cerca, supermercados, etc.

La insonorización no es buena, se escuchan las demás habitaciones bastante fuerte, pero por suerte cuando estuve yo eran silenciosos y respetuosos, así que no tuve problema.

Bon emplacement, appartement propre et assez bien équipé. Climatisé et une petite cuisine pratique.

Un peu cher pour ce que c'est. Nos voisins de chambre sont rentrés à 4h du matin et on fait un bruit monstrueux sans se soucier des autres locataires , ce qui a rendu la nuit très désagréable.

il sito indicava di andare a prenderle le chiavi altrove mentre non era vero, in più la cucina era sodo di bellezza, impossibile farsi una pasta, poi doccia tiepida massimo e al check out ci hanno trattato malissimo veramente incommentabile

Strasznie brudno i wspólna przestrzeń nie jest dobrze zorganizowana. Obsługa apartamentu o ile tak to można nazwać na najniższym poziomie. Brak podstawowych rzeczy aby przygotować posiłek. Nie po to też wynajmowaliśmy ten „apartament „ żeby nie móc w pełni z niego korzystać. Brak tak podstawowej rzeczy jak nóż. Doskonale zdajemy sobie sprawę, że tutaj żyje się inaczej ale podstawowe rzeczy powinny być zapewnione. Wszędzie kurz i walające się włosy w łazience po byłych lokatorach. Cuchnące ręczniki i śmiem wątpić by pościel była świeża. Więcej do tego miejsca nie wrócimy.

Booking offered a free transfer from/back airport. There was no transfer.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication was easy and friendly, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I really appreciated the warm welcome and helpful attitude. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back someday! 😊🙏🏼

The customer service staff were very polite and helpful, doing their best to make up for the inconvenience with formalistic check-in. The room was basic but clean and it was everything I needed for an overnight stay before an early flight. The location is convenient for quick access to the airport.

Please be aware that online check-in requires signing rent contract electronically via the Italian website, which is not very intuitive. It is a must even if you book for one night. I wasn’t able to complete it online and had to visit an office that, while relatively close, isn’t within walking distance if you're not traveling by car. The rooms are not well soundproofed, so at night you can hear your neighbors — including intimate noises — and the fridge is also quite loud. Wi-fi not available.
