The owner was very friendly... the unit was very traditional Philippines..if you like culture immersion like I do., it was great..

Not much I didn't like.. only i didn't realize the apartment has 3 rental bedrooms..so you may have to share with strangers

I did like the: 1. included internet connection 2. Netflix account on the TV 3. large room with double deck all to yourself 4. Kitchen and all the utensils are free for use with LPG of course 5. A convenience right next door, 7 eleven just a 5 minute walk 6. A small ref

I didn't like: 1. someone was moving furnitures around on the second floor but i guess they were renovating.

I would never go back there even if it was for free. Not hot shower the room was freaking cold at night impossible to sleep even with my close on. The place os hard to find and really difficult to go around. The owner seems really nice thought bit the place sucks big time

Location, not enough blanket or eating in the room. Impossible to sleep not possible to have a hot shower after a really long day in traffic to get there

"Great room with shared bathroom & kitchen"

The owner was welcoming and helpful. He was kind and gave us tips where to take the bus. Bed was comfy, all the sheets and towels were brand new. He provided us tootbrushes, shampoos and soaps. Shared areas were clean, you can also use the kitchen for free. There is 7Eleven 4mins away and the centre is also walking distance away.

I was so happily surprised with everything!
