Nice staff, massive room

very good location for those seeking peace, quiet, contact with nature. Very friendly and welcoming service, always willing to help you. A really dog friendly place - there are water bowls everywhere and we found a comfortable bed, water bowls and treats in the room. Very good dinners (extra charge), but I think all guests took advantage of this option, so it was very family oriented. Beautiful views from the window. Close to shopping or restaurants in Schmallenberg and 30 min to Winterberg

Very small rooms, the lack of a fridge in the room bothered us a little. Breakfast could be more attractive.

It was awfully dirty with black mold in the room, the building is run down, old, the lift and its walls is covered with old dirty carpet

Breakfast was excellent. The hotel was a little remote though but a lovely location

The bed in twin room could have come apart to make 2 separate beds for the 2 men sharing

Great location for Hiking. Dog-friendly, if that is your thing. Tasty evening set menu and a great breakfast with a lot of choices.
