Friendly and helpful hosts.

The best thing about this property was that Komang and Ketut were great hosts. They offered to arrange transportation to and from Ubud and also hooked us up with a trusted driver during our stay. The breakfast menu has lots of choices, all them them delicious, and Komang would text us every night asking what we wanted for the next morning. The house itself was perfect for us. The kitchen has a gas range, microwave and fridge, and everything else you need to prepare a meal if you feel like buying groceries instead of going out to eat every day. The two bedrooms have AC units and bed nets, so if you keep the door closed, you'll sleep cool and 100% bug free. The back yard landscape and pool are immaculate. I could just sit there for hours watching the birds and geckos do their thing. Be aware there are LOTS of geckos around, and some of them are huge (google Tokay Gecko). They hang out by the windows and eat bugs, so the bugs don't eat you. I loved it, but if you get freaked out by them, you're gonna have a hard time in Ubud as these are everywhere.

This is the first time in a while I had nothing bad to say about a place! ...yeah, it's hot and its humid, and if you like walking, the roads around Ubud aren't exactly meant for pedestrians, but coming back to the villa and jumping in the pool made everything better at the end of each day!

The villa was very clean and tidy and as there is A/C in both the bedrooms, it was comfortable in the rooms. The staff was also very polite and breakfast was good.

There is no Air conditioner in the lounge room. This made it very hot and uncomfortable. Though the fan is there but it would have been more pleasant if there was A/C as Bali's temperature is hot and humid.
