Beach Living at Island Pine Villas (BLV)

This is a sweet spot on Seven Mile Beach. Close walk to pool and the beach. Husband swam in the pool every day. Walking distance to several local restaurants, Canama Bay walkway and about 10 minute walk to Foster’s Grocery store. The public bus stop was right at the front of the villas. We stayed in Unit 26 which is on ground level. The bathroom and kitchen have been updated. Cupboards were well stocked with different types of cooking dishes. Beach chairs and towels were provided.

The building next door was being torn down the week we were there. There has been a lot of erosion of beaches at the south end of Seven Mile Beach, but there is still a nice beach in front of Island Pine Villas. The beach had a lot of dead coral washed up on it and only got cleaned up once while we were there.

Proximity to the beach and Camana bay

Excellent location a short walk to Camana Bay and tons of restaurants and bars. Quiet location, and cute little beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location as 30secs to 7 Mile Beach.

Hide-and-bed was very springy and hard to sleep on.

Quiet and pool is nice. Beach is adjacent to property. Great location.

Located within walking distance to a couple restaurants and grocery, easy access to bus lines and beautiful views!

The (small) beach area needs attention; it was covered with large rocks to the point of a safety hazard, staff needs to pick up the trash(I did it daily) and rake the sand. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable!
