VESPRI 15 apartments

We liked the size of the apartment and especailly the outside deck area. The host was wonderful and very helpful with quick answers and tips on parking, etc. The apartment is very authentic Italian looking with tiles and old wood and a lived in look but it worked well for 4 of us. I liked that I lost weight going up and down the steps. The location is good and they have a washer which is a plus.

We did not like the fact that you had to walk through one bedroom to get to the other. The bathroom is small and shower small but most Italian bathrooms are. The fact that you have to walk up 92 steps to the apartment is difficult so you better be in shape. Doing the luggage by the electric pully takes time so make sure you schedule extra time for getting in and out.

The host was super nice and helpful and the location is very good right in the center and the roof terrace was a bonus.

There were no big knives in the kitchen

There were no knives for prepairing food.

Worst experience in Sicily.

We booked the studio apartment, which was indicated with a terrace - this is NOT true. It’s a ground floor apartment, which must be used for personnel that’s in charge of cleaning or security, not for people to stay. It has very poor soundproof walls, you can hear every movement from the entrance and systems (electricity, water, etc) that are working. It was NOT mentioned as a ground floor option, that’s why we chose it. It’s truly not worth 90€ for one night. We changed 6 B&Bs in Sicily, in different cities during our trip and this is the worst experience.

Modern, spacious, good interior, appliances, location (The gated park with children’s facilities is beautiful with the palm trees 🌴)

We loved the property, though next time having the children with me I would prefer to be in an apartment situated towards the back so that we aren’t the first apartment at the front entrance
