Atlantic Views Luxury 2-Bed with Pool in Sea Point

Очень понравилось расположение и виды с террасы на океан, апартаменты оформлены современно и со вкусом, оснащены всем необходимым. Район является безопасным и богат на рестораны и магазины. Близость к набережной делает возможным прогулки и пробежки по берегу океана, что было для нас очень важным.

Один раз обратились с просьбой к принимающей стороне, но это осталось без ответа. Этот факт не повлиял на нашу оценку апартаментов

The property looks exactly like in pics. Beautiful view, CLEAN and with instructions on how to use everything.

The WiFi code isn’t easily seen upon entering, it’s nothing big but make it more visible

Collection of the key was simple. We met the cleaners in the apartment and were handed the keys without any further instructions. The location was great. Super central and easy to get around. We had a VW Transporter and fit into the garage and car park easily. We also liked the options for dining, sports and activities that were close by. The pool is really small but does the trick for a quick dip (not more since there's also no sun beds in that area).

The welcome wasn't super nice. The cleaner just passed the key and despite the elevator not working that day she didn't really care how we get our luggage to the apartment (the security officer helped with this as well as the very friendly maintenance guy who also ended up helping us with the storage of the luggage upon check-out, not the management company or the host!). The overall communication with the management company of this apartment was really really poor. We used the booking.com app and messaging to send them messages (where they also sent us messages) but they never responded to our messages and when we called claimed they never got our messages. This led to us not getting a cleaning mid-stay nor any other information we requested (early check-in or late check-out options, option to leave our luggage). This is really disappointing. For the location and the apartment we'd book again (knowing that the facilities in the apartment are going to degrade very fast as the quality was rather low) but not at this price.

Pas de rideaux (occultants) dans les chambres ni de voilages; donc réveil aux aurores et vue plongeante des bâtiments environnants dans les chambres. Dommage!
