Poor management
INIdeal location for my visit to the vfs office. 9 mins to walk. Quiet neighbourhood..so can sleep. Linen and bed comfortable for the price you pay. Room is small but does the job if its only for business.
No in house restaurant...which means although you get to order room service, food is not steaming hot. If you are a person who likes to look out of a window... you might opt for the top floor.
INIt was an amazing stay, the staff were really good and assisted me with any small queries as well especially Ms. Sreoshi.

INCleanliness , warm gestures , ready to help the guests, personal touch, safety.10 mins away from VFS GLOBAL.I was a solo traveller felt safe and welcomed by the owner herself .Super clean .I didn't book the breakfast but the owner (a lady) provided the same as a kind gesture.As a woman I really am happy to see a woman growing in a male dominated field .
The bed's corners should be covered as it might injure the guests.
XAIt is not in a good location at all. Being in a residential area, the people here look down heavily on those who come here. That's why I canceled here
ININLoved the hospitality. It was my first time and I think it will be my go to stay. Cleanliness and hygiene were maintained. The staffs were very well trained and were best at what they were meant for. Plus, although the breakfast was not included but it was provided by their side which was commendable. My personal recommendation do visit to have a good stay in budget.
