One of the most homely and well presented holiday units we have stayed in, a real home from home. Fabulous position right on the pedestrian walkway.

Everything view was beautiful.

Safety, secure car parking, location on the beach, space of rooms, DStv full package plus Youtube etc., comfortable beds, kitchen and equipment, daily cleaning service, available helpful host.

Minor repairs needed to garage door, front door, sliding doors, window handles, light switches.

The size of the property both inside and out were fantastic, along with the location. The staff we met were always friendly.

The sofa, whilst it looked inviting wasn’t as comfortable as we expected, and we felt it was oversized for the maximum number of guests permitted. It would have been good to have some darker curtains in the main bedroom to allow for better lie-ins when desired.

The view and position was great. The beds and spacious 3 rooms. The patio is massive and covered. The towels are lovely. Frinton 4 is ground level so no stairs and best position in the block.

There wasn't a Weber gas braaier but I thought there was supposed to be one. Small hiccup and nothing serious. The dryer had to be fixed a couple times which was done swiftly. If your vehicle is high it won't fit in the garage. The front door needed to be lifted up to be locked. It doesn't sit on the hinge properly. It doesn't lock otherwise. Small issues which didn't rly affect the stay in a significant way.
