Room 5 Oleander Hotel Downtown Galveston Hotel Near Cruise Terminal & Beach

We liked the price. It was clean. I liked the rainfall shower.

The bathroom door had a loud squeak. Stowing luggage in the laundry room did not seem secure. The lack of staff.

Good location.

Lack of kitchenware and utensils. There were none. What's the point of having a microwave?

We had an early start so didn't partake in the breakfast but we did appreciate that it was there. Great recommendation for Sugar n Rye. Check in was really smooth & all comms were excellent.

Affordable and great location to downtown Galveston. Very well put together and wonderful communication with owners.

The hotel was nice, easy check in process.

Noise. You can hear every guest talking. Refrigerator is noisy.

The room has a terrible odour, it smells very damp and mouldy. At night the room is so bright, with a huge gap around the door letting bright light from the front flood in. The window has a flimsy blind which allows the spotlight on the car lot to dazzle all night.

Convenient location

I like a bath tub.

This hotel is amazing. It made a weekend getaway absolutely magical. High end accommodations.

It was convenient to The Grand and everywhere I was going.
