Spokojna okolica. Przyjemne patio i ogród. Nowa lodówka. Prywatny parking.

W domu śmierdzi. Nie jest porządnie sprzątane. Tłuszcz i kurz na lodówce, szafach. Zakurzone firanki. Sofa i kanapa brudne i stare. Klimatyzacja częściowo nowa. Część jest stara i brudna. Brak nazwy obieku z ulicy - samodzielnie nie traficie. W kuchni: wszystkie sprzęty są stare oprócz lodówki. Połamane łyżki. Łazienka jest bardzo mała. Drzwi blokują wejście pod prysznic. Łazienka tylko dla szczupłych i sprawnych. Urwane uchwyty na ręczniki. Spłuczka w jednej łazience nie działa. Łóżka dla osób poniżej 180 cm wzrostu. Łóżka są stare i skrzypią. Materace stare i brudne. W szafach zgromadzono stare graty - telewizor, jakieś tkaniny. Podsumowanie: stary obiekt do remontu. Stan uniemożliwia wynajem. Nie polecam pobytu dla alergików, osób z małymi dziećmi, starszych, wysokich, z ograniczoną sprawnością lub nadwagą.
