Some of the outlets didn't work,completely kept running. Had to stop by hand. If I check in early they charge $40 . The first person told me that ,then when I can back they told me the room wasn't ready

Location and very nice shower

This was our 2nd time to stay here. The first time the smell of cigarette was SO strong, there were blood stains on the sheets and the people above us moved furniture around and walked all night. We complained at check out but couldn't understand what he said about it. We gave it a second chance and specifically asked for NON smoking. When we checked in we verified that. he assured it was non smoking. He said it was 2 king beds. When we opened the door to the room the stale nicotine smell was disgusting. AND there was one double bed. the bath wash and shampoo were both empty. The bedspread kept sliding off the bed all night until we just threw it on the floor. The sheet had a cigarette hole in it. I swore I would write this this time because it was unacceptable, but we paid in advance and had limited time to stay, so didn't have time to do the switch the room merry-go-round it would no doubtedly have required.

The toliet didnt flush well, you had to rotate the handle all the way around. The back of the bathroom door was dirty. The wall and floor under the desk was dirty, had stuff splashed all over the wall and not wiped down.

Nothing except water pressure in the bathroom and courtesy of the receptionist who tried to do everything to fix management mistakes and ridiculous services

Almost everything. First of all, the room smelled like someone just smoked there. We then found many burnt through holes from cigarettes on the bed cover. The sheets were extremely dirty and stained like they were not changed at all. There was no soap and shampoo in the bathroom. We arrived almost at 10pm and paid $120 just to sleep in this motel, but woke up after a trash truck that came around 6 in the morning. Then, housekeeping knocked to ask when we are checking out, although when we got down they did nothing and just sat at the kitchen tables chatting to each other like there a no other rooms. Finally, we could not find anything for breakfast. Nothing…NADA. Not even waffles. The receptionist brought us a plastic glass of waffle dough when we asked but we decided to stay away from it. Juice and coffee were so sour and mixed with water so you could not drink them. Overall, whatever could have been spoiled or overlooked in this hotel was spoiled and overlooked…”thanks” to the poor management.

Family came in at midnight with several children. They were in the room above me. They were extremely loud and continued until 3:00 a.m. Running and yelling. Sounded like a herd of elephants above me.

Location was nice, especially being so close to LA Tech. Hotel called to check and make sure we were okay and still coming during the drive in, which I thought was nice, especially since we were arriving til 11 pm. Good water pressure and nice hot water!! Bed was comfortable.

Floors didn't seem to have been swept. The bed had a very thin blanket and no additional ones (weather was in the 30s). The heater blew cold air most of the night, thus the need for additional blankets.
