"Crappy management and access to a building I never saw"

We got to the property after 10pm on Friday. We followed the check in directions and arrived at the door of the condo but there was no lock box. The lock box had been stolen so we could not access the property. We had to get another hotel at midnight /1am and the management never called me back. I got a text and had to call them at 9:30am the following day. Now they refuse to refund my stay because they replaced the lock box Saturday morning. I didn’t want to stay there and switch lodging after such a failure and am frustrated they won’t put in writing what Michelle said on the phone that we’d get a refund. We were there for a funeral service and switching hotels with all the family around would not have been helpful.

I never saw the property because there was no key

Was nicely furnished,comfortable bed and close to our granddaughter.

Need a lamp you can read by. Kitchen could use a toaster, dishpan and dish drainer.
