Linda ubicacion y todo muy tranquilo. Excelente atencion del personal en general y el hotel es muy bonito. Hotel nuevo.

Pocas piscinas, no hay reposeras nunca, filas eternas para cenar en los restaurantes de noche y el buffet cerrado casi todas las noches. Te obligan a ir al Dreams en las noches a comer y ahi la atencion es pesima y hay presencia de menores. La playa esta eternamente cerrada, por lo que hay que salir del hotel para poder bañarse en el mar.

The property is new and the beach is amazing.

The food! Breakfast was descent, lunch options were horrible and the pool bar had one person trying to manage orders and deliver food. The pool side service was offered twice in 5 days for beverages. Otherwise you have to go to the bar and stand in line and order. Speaking of bars, the main bar in the middle of all of the restaurants only has 2 bar tenders for everyone. And there is no way of telling who was next for a drink. Too chaotic and unorganized. The dinner restaurants were ok, nothing amazing. Like eating at an airport chiles is the best way to describe it. Also they have booths with handy crafts set up some nights outdoors. You CANNOT walk past without some HIGH PRESSURE SALES PEOPLE WJO GET SNIPPY WITH YOU WHEN YOU DONT ENGAGE WITH THEM. I came for a restful retreat not to be harassed while I’m trying to go to dinner. I was told I got a $200 credit for booking through booking. It was a coupon book not even a credit. Then I was told it should be $120 for the spa but SINCE I WAS A SOLO TRAVELER I WOULD ONLY GET $40?! Not even half but 1/3 of the value. Then when I tried to make an apt for a spa service (which I was happy to do full price) Coate in the spa started talking trash about me in Spanish not knowing I could speak Spanish. So I declined the services and he chased me half way around the resort trying to justify what he said.

"Good resort for the pricing - food was hit and miss."

Aesthetic was very nice as this hotel is brand new. There were several dining options and a 24 hour cafe that served coffee and ice cream with mixed pastries.

There were a lot of noticeable imperfections and they had staff out everyday painting, doing repairs and fixing things. Maybe they rushed the construction of this resort.
