City Gate - luxury suites

The location of the place is good , especially if you’re travelling with the train . Lidl is just few blocks away and overall the place is not bad . The kitchen has everything what you need and the communication with the accomodation menager was easy . Their web site offered everything described very well but there are few things I would like to add and suggest . First thing online opening door is great thing but I went in the panic because my phone was about to shut down and in fact it did so I had purchased charger to charge it in order to open the door . There should be alternative way of opening the doors . The description how to use bus /stove/parking is great but main thing is how to use bath tab is missing . It’s confusing ,and we couldn’t get the bath water to go above 24-25 C . As the bath tab was the main reason we chosed the place it lefts us a bit disappointed especially as I was in rush when booking and I didn’t read reviews of others who are complaining about the same thing . The extra bed where my daughter slept was extremely uncomfortable . Everything else was good .

Location very close to train station and many restaurants and stores. Nice balcony for fresh air and property maintenance took care of an issue promptly.

The app that was sent to us to access the property didn't work properly, so we were given keys.

Good location, very easy self check in, even late at night. Tatiana was also very responsive on WhatsApp. Good place to stay just 3 minutes away from the city center. Room size and shower cabin were big, which is rare in Italy I guess.

Stayed in the Papavero room - The sheets and pillow cases had some make up left on them. There were also blonde hairs left on one bath towel and on the room floor. The floor lamp really shined on the dusty floor and leftover hairs. Should be cleaned more thoroughly. Also, the whole apartment floor is tiles which are super cold throughout the day. Room temperature was good but our feet were so cold we always had to wear shoes, even for getting up at night. Some flip-flops or a rug would have been good. Minor things but still gave some bad impression.

Loved the location and how clean and comfortable it was

The tub was a little confusing to figure out the settings, and I didn’t like there wasn’t a shower curtain.

Our room had a narrow en-suite bathroom and no chairs to sit on. It wasn’t a suite and it certainly wasn’t luxurious. The shared balcony was occupied by the air conditioning, 2 gas water heaters and an old sink. The table with 2 wooden chairs was very small and fumes from the water heater were very apparent making it unusable.

Jacuzzi, location, apartment space, and quality of facilities. Close to railway station and Lidl. Access is fully controlled by your smartphone. But could be a problem if you don't have internet...

No normal glasses, only polycarbonate ones that is really disappointed. Bed is in front of the entrance doors, that aren't well soundproofed and we were disturbed when neighbours came at late evening or early morning. Balcony is great but please add more privacy and put a screen between our area and neighbour's.

Very clean and comfortable apartment in a great location, close to the train station. Very good size with a great bathroom. Check in was super easy.

Stove top and oven not working initially. Couldn't turn Television on with remote. (not a battery issue) Air conditioning was a bit noisy though out the night.

Location to train station and pizzeria across the street

We were in Coco Suite. To say there is a is a balcony is a bit misleading, the majority belongs to next door apartment as suspected from photo. It’s more that there isn’t really any room to move/sit with the 2 properties air conditioning units on wall which of course are not in photo. Having said that, air conditioning was a godsend. If you forget/lose your phone how do you access building/room. We couldn’t find a telephone number. All contact through WhatsApp etc?
