The property was in excellent condition and spotlessly clean. Bed was very comfortable. Nice touch to leave tea, coffee and milk for our arrival.

Nothing wrong with property. Access out to the road is tricky at busy times.

The cottage was absolutely stunning, finished to high modern standards and very cosy in the same time. Kitchen equipped with all appliances and equipment. Coffee machine with pods included and welcoming hot chocolate and biscuits were extra nice surprise.

Nice newly decorated little cottage had everything we need for a few nights stay. Nice little pub coachman inn within 10 minutes walk.

No shops within walking distance.

The property was lovely and modern, clean and had everything you needed. Very well presented and felt like home from home. Great location between Scarborough, Pickering and Whitby.

The handrail on the stairs was coming away from the wall and unsafe.

The cottage was clean and comfortable with lots of nice touches like a wine fridge and coffee machine. Louise was extremely helpful and communication excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Underestimated the amount of traffic passing by..being located on a busy High Street it was noisy at peak times.
