Last minute booking and after various tries managed to get hold of the owner who allowed us access to the apartment within a few hours. Spacious home with a lounge and 2 bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen.

The smell! Awful toilet smell which just got worse over our stay to the point we couldn’t shower on the last day as couldn’t stand to be in the bathroom due to the smell! We did message the owner who said they would sort this out I’m not sure that’s possible though! We also found a dead lizard in the kitchen, we messaged the owner who didn’t respond to this, we haven’t moved it as I didn’t want to touch it so it may still be there! Could do with a few basics in the kitchen such as salt and pepper perhaps and a cloth to wipe sides down but washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets are provided. There’s a washing machine but no clothes line that I could find just an over the radiator airer which isn’t ideal. Could do with mosquito nets on windows or over beds as I was eaten alive but you had to air the rooms due to the smell! Beds were uncomfortable with stained sheets and a weird picture of what I assume is the owners looking over you as you lay in bed which is a little off putting! All in all I wouldn’t stay again.
