The location was beautiful and designed lovely

In little places (window handles/door handles) outdoor were mouldy.

The property was in a beautiful location. The communication was excellent and when a small issue arose (kettle not working), a new kettle was delivered within hours. We enjoyed going to ‘The Boulevard’ family restaurant in Selsey and Chichester was close by for a brilliant day out.

The beds were very soft and some areas needed a better clean (e.g oven), pet hair on some carpets.

The view was beautiful and the house was clean, spacious and modern. Even in winter it was lovely and cosy watching the waves outside. Was lovely to have Christmas decorations in the house. Perfect family getaway! Would love to return in summer!

As it was very stormy weather the waves crashing on the sea wall did shake the house though the night.

Location was awesome, great in fine or stormy weather! Great facilities! Enough separate areas for a group to share.

Main bed has seen better days. One set of keys tricky, could have hooks for keys by the patio and rear doors. Couldn't safely get to the beach at the end of the house and doubtful if it would be safe to swim there.

Property was good and the see view was good. Generally clean and comfortable.

I didn’t like the check in system and wasn’t clear that this was definite requirement, especially having to give photo.id. The house isn’t on the beach, there is a barrier and a drop to a wave break which means you can’t access the area, the view is great but I found the ad a bit misleading. It was generally very clean but there was broken glass under the table legs and a lot on the patio area. The parking situation was not considerate to the size of house as you could easily have accommodated a third car but we had to park it on the street, small issue but worth mentioning. I didn’t like the location, the property was overpriced for the area.

The views ans the common areas

They advise beds for 10 people (4 double beds and a sofa bed) and the sofa bed is not appropriate for 2 people and very uncomfortable. Additionally, we were missing several towels, we didn’t have shower towels for 10 people.

The house was absolutely breath taking. Beautiful, Clean, comfortable and everything we needed.
