Beautiful room very tastefully finished with some wonderful touches It’s all been very well renovated

Modern, clean, stylish room. Good location. Lady very helpful, friendly and couldn't do enough to make sure we were comfortable, and had everything we needed. Made sure we had all details we needed for doors/codes, her phone number.

No parking, but did find local free weekend parking at health centre, but it did close at night which we didn't know and was lucky to arrive 5 minutes before gates closed. The room is above a bar, it says on reviews it can get noisy, whilst we were prepared for noise until early hours, however there was a party/loud disco until 1am, closing up and shutter until 1.30am, so didn't expect it to be this loud, and room vibrating with the bass. Ear plugs are provided but would not be effective under these circumstances. We have stayed in Redcar previously and choose this for the premium, whilst room is premium the noise was an issue. It would suit someone who enjoyed the nightlife downstairs/in area.

We booked last minute for one night immaculate room no4 on the top floor, the host was very welcoming friendly and informative, would highly recommend anyone to stay there.

being lied to spoke to owners mother outside of property she had just came out and said all the rooms are ready as she had just been helping clean them, I then went to speak to the owner and she said they weren't ready then in the next sentence said we could pay for an early check in ?
