Long time to get hot water

Unsuited washer/dryer combo. Ease of check in. Perfect location near medical facilities that were needed. Clean. Quiet neighbors

Some traffic noise as it is on a busy street.

Easy to find. Close to things to do and places to eat. Quick access by car to attractions. Communicative hosts. Kitchen did have plates, cups, bowls, cookware and utensils along with other miscellaneous items for use. Washer/dryer combo for use. Extra laundry detergent and dish detergent for use.

Cleanliness could have been much, much better. The floor turned the bottoms of my feet black within minutes of arriving. Food crumbs on coffee table In front of couch. Hair all over shower and empty travel size shampoo bottle left in window sill in bathroom shower from previous guest. Dust bunnies, hair and lint gathered in multiple places throughout multiple rooms. Dead bugs in every window sill. Bedding obviously was not changed after last guest stayed as it had a funky/BO smell to it. But the biggest issue was SPIDERS! MULTIPLE SPIDERS THROUGHOUT ENTIRE UNIT! On the ground, hanging in webs. Talk about getting the heebie jeebies.. and not feeling at home or comfortable because of the pest and cleanliness issues. Whoever they are using to clean the unit after guests check out, needs a quality control check. Oh and get a pest control company in there to spray for bugs and to kill all the spiders that have made themselves at home. They also need to be more upfront and honest about the parking situation outside the building. In the check in instructions email, all they say is, parking is first come first serve. Around the very small lot with just 6 - 7 parking spaces, there are multiple signs that say, authorized parking only unauthorized vehicles will be towed. The day I checked in, I emailed the host asking about this and all they did in there reply was copy and paste and send me the sentence in the check in email about parking being first come first serve.. ok gee thanks.. that really calms my nerves about my car potentially getting towed because it’s not authorized. Inside the unit, there is a binder that is filled with nothing but rules.. page after page.. on one of the first pages, it says to message them with the make model and license plate of your car so they can register it 🤦‍♂️ otherwise it will what? GET TOWED.. TELL PEOPLE THAT IN THE CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS EMAIL YOU SEND THEM!
