The Apulian Loft II Bari - Via Celentano

Super location: close to the beach, to the station and supermarkets, very quiet. Nice and well equipped, fresh towels and bed linen. The renter was very helpful and stayed in touch all the time.

I really liked the apartment, it's a little bit small but offers everything you need. It's clean and comfortable. The location is great, close to the train station and close to the city center. The host is very helpful, he gave us all the information we needed a few days before our arrival.

very good communication with Emanuelle. It was a power outage due to my fault (using too many electronics at the same time) and he arrived at the location and fixed the issue

no other heating source than the air conditioner for early March where the temperatures can drop to 8 (outside). The boiler in the bathroom could not heat the water for 2 persons and a child if you want to have a relaxed shower, you need to be quick.

The first day the host gave us the code for wrong apparent and he didn't inform us until late afternoon. The apartment was dirty, we even found socks under the curtains from the previous guest.The next we had to change apartment, we returned at afternoon to find out that the new apartment was even dirtier...the sheets and the towels had big stains and hairs everywhere. We communicate with the host and he said he will sent the cleaning lady. We left again so she would clean and when we return we discover that she didn't change anything! We phoned the host again and he told us that we couldn't do anything because the sheets and the towels aren't for one use and some stains can't be cleaned. He offered though to give our money back for that night but it was the 31 of December late afternoon and he didn't offer to find us another apartment so we needn't left.

The modern apartment is not very big but has everything you need. It is well located, close to the city center and not too far away from the public beach either. We were very grateful about the good coffee.
