It was clean and close to places we planned to go.

The outside needed attention and upon arrival, I was somewhat hesitant about the surroundings. The bathroom needed a larger vanity and a hook needed To be the back of the door.

Everything was very clean. The lodging had everything I need for my short stay. I appreciated the complimentary coffee K-Cups but didn't see them until after I had gone shopping. Just the right setup for one person staying a few nights for work. Would be too small for a family

Honestly, the only thing I didn't like was that there was a neighborhood a block away that was very sketchy. It was so odd because if you go a block in one direction it seemed like a "bad part of town," but if you go Block in the other direction you're in a a very cute historic residential district. Never did I feel like where I was staying was unsafe though.

I am totally blown away that you would write me and ask for a 5-star review. You couldn't even be bothered by the fact we Missed a family rehearsal dinner and outing. We called and called the evening we got in because after unloading our car we were locked out and could not get back in. We had commitments that evening for a wedding the following day. That night during the rehearsal dinner my husband had to attend without me while I had to sit in a running car because I am on oxygen, and we could not get back in the room to get the plug-in charger. I called both numbers, I left numerous messages on the emergency line. I spent an hour and a half on hold with Booking.com who attempted calling and emailing. We were finally given a second code which also failed to work and at 10:00pm we’re on the phone with the police department about what our options were since I cannot breathe without oxygen and I was starting to get very sick. Finally, someone pulled into another unit, I explained the situation and he said he had a “private number” after a couple of calls and text he was given the same 2nd number which also did not work! The whole lock system was not working. He finally took it apart, wiped everything off and got it to work. This was a very dire situation due to my medical needs and you and your “emergency” number were totally unresponsive. I think we deserve a complete refund! The was completely your failure to communicate and respond! Please let me know how you plan to handle this by giving me a call Lisa Walker

The property refused to issue a receipt for the stay. This makes it impossible to reimburse business trip expenses. Even after multiple inquries there is no help.

Clean, comfortable, and efficient. So clean and cute that I didn’t want to touch anything. Also good location for my work.

Though a good location. Was in bad neighborhood. Should probably gate the property and have keypad control like storage rental companies. Or like locks on the apartment door locks.
