Kind, helpful and respectful staff, unique and pretty rooms with nice view. Good breakfast.

MANY stairs. No elevator. Rooms are a bit small.

No lifts , breakfast was not buffet and very minimal

I am an handicap and the hotel did not any notes that to get to the hotel you have to get there through many steps. I was very disappointed . They should have in description that there is no access for the handicap people

The staff was courteous and helpful. Location is good, at the sea side. Very well presentation of food dishes and good breakfast. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

Lot of stairs to bring down the luggage and carry it back. The train track adjoining the hotel is very annoying and extremely noisy when the train passes through.

We like the hotel and view. But the steps weren't made for seniors. We stay until April 2nd. My husband got sick and ended up in the hospital. Because of the steps, we had to move to another hotel. If you can reimburse us on April 2nd night, stay. Would be greatly appreciated.
