"No instruction on how to take the key. Lack of communication."

We contacted the host via booking. No reply. Contacted via email no reply. The host didnot contacted us giving the instruction how to take the key. Since it is already late afternoon we decided to book another homestay.

The host did not leave the instruction on how to take the key. And did not contacted us first.
