Ho soggiornato per solo una notte per motivi di studio, mi sono trovata molto bene, la camera con bagno privato era essenziale e pulita, compresa di frigorifero TV e condizionatore. Posizione comoda vicino la stazione e il policlinico. Magda è stata reattiva nella comunicazione è molto gentile! Struttura sicuramente consigliata!

Non so se sia stato un caso isolato, durante la notte ogni tanto si sentivano i suoni dei codici delle altre stanze nonostante effettivamente non si sentisse nessuno né entrare o uscire. Ho pensato che fosse un problema del sistema. Per il resto nessun problema

The only positive aspect is the location, only 15 mins walk from the main station. And the city, which is very nice.

Very dissapointing experience! I got sick from the mold in the room and the shower and when I complained it seemed that the host knew about the problem, "because it was a harsh winter", but did nothing about it before receiving guests, like it was the decent thing to do in my opinion. Only after I complained someone came to clean the mold while I was out for breakfast, so the next night I had to keep the window open since it was difficult to breathe from the chemicals. I came back home sick, and I hope other people will see my review and choose something else. I was offered the possibility to get a refund for 2 nights (out of the 3 I paid for), after the first night, when I communicated the problem to the host, but I had something planned so I didn't have time for this. Now I regret it.. because there were other better options at the same price. Also, if you travel for work, make sure you don't need a proper invoice, because the one provided may not be accepted - in my country we need another format, and the piece of paper I received it's not ok. I communicated this to the host and told me to add the details I need myself on the invoice provided on the piece of paper I just mentioned. Another aspect - if you have a later flight make sure you book some locker in advance, because the check out is before 10 am and there is no possibility for late check out or luggage storage at the location. Fortunately, there is a locker at Bari Centrale, called lockerinthecity. P.S. the cleaning must be done by the guest, including taking out the trash. nobody will provide other towels, which are anything but white anyway. also, the photos I attached were made AFTER the cleaning lady supposedly cleaned the mold. I forgot to take pictures of the blanket, which wasn't clean at all. The second night it got changed, bacause I mentioned this too.

Very modern, and clean, not far from the train station. Magda, was very nice and helpfull.

All was good 👍 I highly recommend it.

-There are 2 bad ideas that need to be changed in the future: 1. You can only acces the building, the apartment and the room with a code, so you don't receive a card. Which means that anytime you come back to the room you need to insert 3 different codes (also the clicking sound is loud). This was really frustrating, believe me. 2. The shower inside the actual room with only a glass separating it from the bed, which can led to leacheages of water inside the room. You need to be very careful when you shower. Other than that, the blanket seemed to be not so clean.

Camera a fost ok,nu trebuia nimic mai mult. Baia curata ,avea gel de dus si sampon + 6 prosoape. La 700-800 m de Gara centrale Ca sa intri in camera iti trebuie 3 coduri de acces,pt mine nu a fost un disconfort. Unul la usa de la scara..apoi la usa de la apartament..apoi la.usa de la camera. Doamna care se ocupa de apartamente este foarte drăguță,te ajuta cu orice ai nevoie . 5* pt ea 🤩 Pe.mine m.a ajutat sa.i fac o surpriza sotiei ,si a aranjat camera foarte romantic🧡
