Location was safe and good things around, security and kitchen but compared to the other Mr w locations it seemed a little less put together overall the security guards were really great and had amazing recommendations

Some stains on couches and chips of paint on the walls, you could see into other rooms, the wifi and TV Roku didn’t work and our host didn’t call or meet us and I arrived at night to an unknown place with the door locked but security opened after a few knocks

We enjoyed the location and nice clean apartment.

Our apartment was on the street side. The noise of the street carried into the apartment, especially in the morning. Our other room faced the hallway and stairs, and the light was on the entire night. The shades in the room didn't provide enough cover. We had some issues with the internet not working in the apartment, but the managers were very helpful and quick to respond.

Very comfortable. The bed, the pillows, the blanket.

The location

I’m so disappointed in my experience at this property. We were not given what we had paid extra for an extra bathroom and they could not accommodate. Why would they let me book if it wasn’t available and we booked months in advance!  The hot water is limited, the sheets are dirty with yellow stains and it is very loud- you can hear everything.  The floor was disgusting and the towels were slightly damp and very flat. The outlet was unstable and makes a noise without anything plugged inside. There were some flies which indicated to me that it was not cleaned. I would not recommend anyone to book here. It was one of the worst experiences at an apartment style hotel.

The decor of the apartments is stylish and contemporary.

I carefully selected this apartment after reviewing every option they showed in their listing and choosing it based on the photos that promised a bright, spacious unit with a balcony. Unfortunately, the reality was far from what I expected. I was deceived with the apartment. Upon arrival, I was assigned a completely different apartment than the one I had booked. Instead of the unit I saw in the photos, I was given a first-floor apartment with tiny windows on the bedrooms, no balcony, and a completely different layout. That was just the beginning of our troubles. On the first day, we were greeted with a strong gas smell that lingered throughout the apartment. We ended up sleeping with the dangerous odor all night, only to discover the next morning that there was indeed a gas leak—an alarming issue that could have been much worse. To make matters worse, the apartment had no hot water, and even after notifying the host, the issue wasn’t resolved. The noise situation was another problem. Being on the first floor right by the building’s entrance meant we were constantly disturbed by noise, especially during the night. Additionally, the apartment itself had several cleanliness issues. Some of the walls looked dirty, and the towels provided were in poor condition. One towel even had a hole in it, while others were stained, which was both off-putting and concerning. Since day one I requested to be moved to the apartment I had originally booked, the host who was not very responsive, agreed to switch us only for the last night of our stay. The new apartment was indeed the one I had booked and the experience was much more different. The host suggested I file a complaint through Booking.com, but nearly a month after our stay, I have yet to receive any response from them. In short, this experience was far below the standard I expected. There were multiple safety, hosting, comfort, and cleanliness issues that made the stay very disappointing.

Eva, the property manager, was very responsive and great. The apartments are new and clean. They also were able to provide a pack n play and high chair which is a huge perk.

There were parties two of the nights we were, including the last night when we had to head to the airport at 5am with our infant. I was told the building management arranged it despite the policy being that there were no parties allowed and quiet hours were from 10pm - 8am. Our room was vibrating until the wee hours. There’s also a huge security risk since there’s sliding doors that don’t close and there were random people on the property for the party on the roof.

The apartment was perfect the decor was modern and it was huge. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the appliances you would need. A special thanks to the cleaning lady who did our laundry, super nice woman.

The only problem we faced was that there wasn’t hot water.
