Street Studio by Lime Tree Hotel Sector 51 Gurgaon

I booked a studio apartment, bu they provided me a room. The room was small in comparison to the one i booked There was no couch When i asked the receptionist he said that all other rooms are full

We were asked to stay in the 2nd property which was nearby than the we booked and paid for.

We booked the one with balcony and paid for it but they said that all the guests have extended their stays and they can’t offer the room that we booked. We were offered a much smaller room with no balcony. The services were pathetic as they don’t even have the kitchen of their own. Didn’t offer us the breakfast.

Management was fantastic, room service was good and specially the manager was really helping and humble in nature. A must visit place for good ambiance and positive change in the regular working life.

There was nothing except for a bit of a water supply issue.

Cooperation with the staff Property was clean and hygienic All amenities were available and kitchen was there to use. Space was amazing

Shower doesn’t have hot water

Property is neat and clean Good environment Rooms are very spacious
