USThe location was beautiful and very convenient for exploring the surrounding area. The scenery was amazing, and it was close to several attractions, which made our trip enjoyable.
The check-in instructions were not sent on time. Since this property is located in an area with very limited cell service, it was difficult to contact the property manager for assistance. In addition, the instructions listed on the website were inaccurate. They indicated that a key was required, but in reality the property uses a keyless entry system and a door code is needed to access the room. The manager did not apologize for the delay in providing the access code. Cleanliness was also an issue. We found hair in the bedding, and there were ants throughout the room. It was impossible to leave any food on the table because ants would immediately appear. Another inconvenience was the lack of a trash can in the room. There was only one small trash can in the bathroom. Having at least one additional trash can in the main room would have been much more convenient. Overall, the location was excellent, but the communication, cleanliness, and guest experience need significant improvement.

DESehr gute Ausgangslage für den Sequoia Nationalpark man ist mit dem Auto in 15 min am Parkeingang. Saubere Poolanlage, ausreichend Parkplätze stehen kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Freundliche Nachfrage des Vermieters ob der Check-In funktioniert hat, da kein Personal vor Ort.
Boden bzw. Teppich und das Bad hätten sauberen sein können. Keine Liegen oder Stühle, wir auf den Bildern am Pool. Preis-Leistung nicht ganz passend

RSIt is well equipped, has coffee machine, fridge, hair dryer, but some basic stuff like plates/utensils were missing. Nice location!

Keyless entry did not work. Finally used a room key after calling phone number. Also called management company our first night to report that towel rack was pulling out of the wall. The shower needs to be set “2:30” position to get hot water. The shower door is so tight when you pull it shut that we were concerned about breakage. For a 3 night stay, 2 towels, 1 hand towel & 2 wash cloths for 2 adults….after hikes in the National Park?No housekeeping or repairs done in our three days. We had called management company for all these concerns. Nothing done. The room was clean, but crowded with 2 chairs. No hooks or closet to hang anything.

There was no hot water. At all. Not even like warm. Turned the handle all the way over and stayed ice cold. A huge reason you stay in a hotel over a camp site is the bathroom. We could have camped and had the same facilities. No hot water is terrible considering the cost of the room.
