Location size of apartment. Secure parking pool. Size and comfort of bed. Washing machine etc.

Some basic maintenance needed in on suite shower and toilet. Couldn't work hob contacted host representative told us sorry then no further communication

Proximity to the beach, 2 bathrooms, closed garage, complex swimming pool.

TV with no cable. For older travelers as my parents, TV ends up being important hence my surprise when there was no cable in spite of advertising the TV (not specifically mentioned, but obviously implied).

"Very nice stay"

Very good location, mattresses are comfortable, has an underground parking spot, it’s a very cool house, it maintains a comfortable temperature, even with >30 degrees, we didn’t even have to use the AC. Very good value for money and made up for a very pleasant vacation!

Some appliances and furniture are broken or very close to it.
