ATdie Größe des Zimmers. Die Lage. Es war sehr sauber. Die Familie ist unglaublich herzlich und nett gewesen. Zur Begrüßung gab’s eine frische Kokosnuss. die Aussicht auf den Strand ist unglaublich schön gewesen.
Das Bett war sehr hart. Aber das ist Geschmackssache. Leider war das WLAN auch meistens nicht verfügbar oder sehr schwach
GBBlue Surf View was one of the most calming places I stayed in Sri Lanka. Opening the bedroom doors each morning to that uninterrupted sea view instantly slows you down. It’s peaceful, simple, and exactly what you want in Tangalle. The view alone makes the stay worth it. The Sri Lankan breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious and freshly prepared. The owner and her family truly ooze kindness; you feel welcomed, not just accommodated. And being just a two-minute walk from Silent Beach was perfect. I ended up having the freshest grilled calamari and lobster almost every night 11/10.
BEGrande chambre. Lit double très confortable (sans doute un des meilleurs au sri lanka pour le moment). Propreté irréprochable. Petits déjeuners très complets (difficile de terminer tant il y avait à manger) et variés (nous sommes restés 4 nuits). Jeune fille adorable. Terrasse avec superbe vue. Plusieurs petits restaurant délicieux à proximité. A distance de marche de la splendide Silent Beach (attention aux scorpions quand il pleut le soir sur le chemin du retour !). Cours de surf dans la baie d'Unakuruwa. Si on revient au Sri lanka, nous reviendrons ici, c'est certain.
Un des frigo (nous avions les deux chambres doubles à l'étage) a congelé une pastèque. Peut-être à régler ? Mais sinon rien de négatif à signaler !
DESehr schöne Lage mit traumhaftem Meerblick – man wacht auf und schaut direkt aufs Wasser. Sehr gute Restaurants und wunderschöne Strände sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer bietet ein modernes Bad sowie eine kleine, gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Klimaanlage kühlt zuverlässig, und die Besitzerfamilie ist außergewöhnlich herzlich und hilfsbereit.
Ein kleiner Hinweis: Im unteren Zimmer befindet man sich quasi direkt an der Straße. Das ist grundsätzlich nicht schlimm, ging für uns aber aus den Bildern vorab nicht eindeutig hervor.

Nothing seemed to be open when we went and some restaurants looked abandoned. Not touristy and very local, which isn’t an issue but it was too quiet for such a small bay. No fault of the accommodation, but the dogs in the area barked constantly which made us feel sad as we couldn’t do much to help.
