2 Bed Beach House in a fantastic sea front setting

The property is in an excellent position with the sea a stones through away. We liked everything about the property. It was very clean and extremely accessible to the village and overlooked the promenade with excellent sea views. The property is tastefully furnished and to a high standard.The virtual guide supplied by the Property Management was very helpfulwith information regarding the beach house. We will return.

The decking furniture is tired and needs replacing.

This is a stylish modern holiday home complete with a private balcony , right next to the promenade ( no vehicles ) overlooking Westward Ho's beach huts and the extensive beach. Located on a quiet private holiday park , with access direct on to the promenade, within walking distance of the centre of the village for shops , attractions and amnesties .Contemporary beach themed decor throughout . Very well equipped ,including a selection of board games, jigsaws and DVDs . Good base for exploring North Devon - Clovelly , Appledore , Hartland Peninsula , Braunton . Excellent communications with owners prior to arriving - access to property via keysafe .

The beds were quite firm and we found the sofa not to be all that supportive ( just a personal preference )

Excellent location. Convenient parking. Well equipped kitchen.

Lounge furniture was very soft with no support. Bed not very comfortable. Seagull mess on the terrace and glass when we arrived. Builders working on the new build next door were noisy with a radio with a heavy bass. Integrated freezer door was not connected to the appliance properly and caught on the fridge door every time it was opened.

Location was amazing
