First and Frang Hotel - Koh Phangan

The rooms were fine. It was awesome to have an AC and free breakfast (basic). The staff was very friendly and it was nice that we could rent a bike in the hotel.

One disadvantage was that the floor in the bathroom was always wet after showering as the water was not running into the drain.

Good value for money and flexibility to book only 2 nights during the Full moon festival where most of the hotels require minimum 4 nights

Its a bit far from the pier and from the festival.

Simple style, appears clean

During our whole stay the room stank of sewage. We informed staff twice, nothing they could do, although they did clean the bathroom several times, smell came from the drains. There were no windows, was not offered any sort of refund

Staff was friendly, basic breakfast and location was centric. They helped us to coordinate various taxis

Staff were nice, great area. My biggest issue is the beds were very hard and uncomfortable as well they attempt to give you an actual towel as a blanket. I did point out that they advertise premium bedding and they immediately got me a very nice quilt.

There is a common kitchen area that you can use and also a big terrace facing forward to the road that is useful especially if you are a smoker. The location is central and lots of things in the nearby area.

We booked this accommodation during the full moon week. We paid over 40 euros/day that is extremely high for the provided service, but it goes like that all over the island during full moon. The rooms are small, the wi-fi was not working in the rooms except the kitchen area that was ok. The staff were very friendly there. Overall a necessary stay to attend the party but i wouldn't choose it again,

the lady who works the front desk is super sweet and helpful. there is a small convenience store out front which is handy and they offer laundry services. nice sitting area at the back.

beds were super hard. they take 1000b cash hold for the room. when we went to checkout the person who checked our room said we won’t get the full deposit back because the towels were dirty. we never left the room with our towels. one had a bit of dirt that I assume was from it being on the washroom floor. they took 300b out of the deposit because they said they need to send them to a special cleaner …
