VNThe hotel is in the perfect place in the city. They let me take the bicycle whenever I wanted. The food was great. They helped me so much, I asked them to order me taxi for a whole day and they did, I had problem with my internet internet and they help me fix it, these guys are the best! Recommend!!
NLThe rooms were comfortable and the breakfast great. The location is right in the middle of Mai Chau, very close to the market and a winmart+ (supermarket). Eventhough this hotel is not in the ricefields, it's still a great choice if you like comfort. All the overpriced acco in the ricefields are "rustic", which is realtor speak for tacky and basic. There's a good motorbike rental shop next door.

ARThe place exceeded my expectations for the price. It is very well located, clean, the staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is very good.

USThe location is right on the main street of Mai Châu by the street market and businesses. We were greeted by a friendly young man who used Google very well to communicate with us. We stayed 3 nights and after the first night, he found us a different room with a bed that wasn't hard as a cement plank. Every morning, he had a different Vietnamese breakfast ready for us. The shower and AC worked well. The room was actually quite large and came with a hot water kettle.
Check how hard the bed is before agreeing to a room. Many of them are extra-firm!
SEComfortable enough for a short stay in Mai Châu. Very friendly staff, even offered me breakfast after the breakfast hours and was helpful. Located right next to Chung Làn Motorbike rental.
Cleaning can be a bit improved including windows for a better view. Has some ants but maybe that's inevitable here in countryside Vietnam. Would be nice if there were bicycles to borrow.
SKThe staff was super helpful with everything we needed. Their English wasn't perfect but it wasn't an obstacle.. The mattress thought was very hard which I personally didn't find comfortable.
