"Superb"

It was our 2nd time in this place. The room was clean and organized. There were complimentary bottle of water and towels provided by the host.

The height of the TV was not eye level.

Clean, has all the things you need, close to MOA, there are restaurants nearby.

On our last day, 10am is the check out time, however 8am the cleaner knocked and they stayed outside the unit waiting for us to leave. The P2,000 bond was returned few days after we check out.

"Newfound staycation fave at S Residences"

I loved the place! It’s super cozy and you’ll be greeted by a nice fragrance coming from their humidifier. Complete utensils, toiletries, and even a mini bar.

We just had a sudden issues with the internet. When we stayed, our network is oddly slow. But it was resolved when we reached out to the owner.
