A bit of hassle to find and get in. Second time was good as we knew.

The location is good. The front staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was awfully small for a party of 3 adult and 1 child. This should have been communicated when we were booking.it was so cramped.

Located near mall of Asia (MOA) this little condo is the perfect stay for those passing through or comfortable with condo living. With 24h staffing of the foyer you have no issues with be comfortable and secure in your stay. Only 15mins Grab/Taxi to the airport it’s a wonderful stay by the most helpful and thoughtful host. Boasting a stocked bar, futon style couch, dining table for four and balcony, this is the perfect stay for small families or those travelling in small groups. The bedroom has a double bed, with a/c and a trundle single that slides out from underneath. The futon converts to a double bed with all the comfort you need conveniently stored under it for if you need it. The kitchenette has a large fridge (stocked and chargeable) with a great little cook top and crockery if needed. Food can be delivered but be sure to try the local restaurants that are conveniently close by, or grab something from the market strip literally a 10min walk or Grab. There is a pool available in the tower but see the staff at the lobby to understand which one to go to as we somehow ended up in the wrong one. Of course our host was wonderful and the most helpful. We will definitely be staying again on our next flight to Manila.

For a stop over it is perfect.

The location us perfect for our main purpose.The staff in the condominium tower 3 was very helpful and polite.The unit itself is well maintained and basics were all provided.

The alleyway outside the unit was a little smelly due to the garbage room that i think not properly maintained as well as since it is a little humid not well ventillated so it made the smell became stronger.
