Excellent place to stay, maintained to a very high standard. It felt like a home from home ! A lovely warm place with excellent facilities, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, modern bathroom and a lovely outdoor garden. Exceptionally clean. Great location, quiet neighbourhood, close to nearby shop a short stroll to St Andrews village. A lovely warm welcome with milk tea and coffee provided and the surprise bottle of wine! Brilliant host extremely informative. Highly recommend, would definitely stay there again.

The property was clean, spacious, well located and had everything we needed. The well stocked kitchen with the essentials like fresh milk, coffee, tea, salt and pepper and spices was truly appreciated. We used the washer and the provided clothes drying rack which was very helpful during our travels. If the weather had been better and drier we would have lived sitting outside in the back. We were able to walk to town, the old course, castle and cathedral easily. The Spar and Aldi were convenient for getting groceries. I can’t say enough good things about our stay. There was nothing that we needed. We were surprised with cider and beer in the fridge upon arrival. Such a nice treat!!

The house is so beautifully appointed inside. Lovely decor and interior. Spotlessly clean. Plenty space for 4 or us. Nice extras like coffee machine, milk, biscuits. Proper cleaning products. Nice garden with sitting area. Warm. Comfy beds. Host is very accommodating and friendly ,on hand by message and nothing was too much trouble - he even bought us a blender when I asked if one was there. Felt like a home from home.
