The cottage is cosy, comfortable and well equipped. It is very homely and the perfect location for us to explore north Wales. Everything we needed was in the cottage. The bedrooms are very comfortable and cosy. A beautiful bathroom and wonderful shower. The underfloor heating is amazing. Gwen, the host, is so helpful. All in all - fabulous!

Location was amazing ,so many places to explore so close to main expressway but without the noises! The Cottage itself lovely views and equipped so well. First night 2nd day it rained but we all felt as though we could enjoy the luxury of the cottage and take in the beautiful surroundings. We all slept so well in comfort of the 3 bedrooms, and Toby our dog didn't want to leave. I would highly suggest booking this property 5 stars from us all after our stay. This place is stunning, it’s quiet, cosy, and the views are beautiful. Everything you need is there, we was welcomed with some essentials on arrival which was very nice, had 4 adults in the house but could definitely fit more. Cosy nights by the fire was great. The place is immaculately clean was very impressive, Gwen is very accommodating and has been an amazing host, this trip was for my late mum who passed in January, it was a surprise 60th gift but unfortunately she never got to see it. She would’ve loved it just as much as we did. Plenty of beautiful walks at alber falls and we also tried portmeirion village-it’s a must! We are very familiar with north wales as we have family near but was nice to stay somewhere different, we were very happy and would like to stay for longer next time.

A beautifully presented cottage with lovely views. The facilities meant we had everything we needed and a welcome pack was a nice bonus too. Excellent communication from the host of this very tastefully decorated home from home.

I can’t find a single fault there. Perfect accommodation.

It was a home away from home with all the amenities that you need for everyday life. The property is clean and well maintained. The location was brilliant, we felt very safe the entire stay. It was quiet and serene, with good links to a lot of popular attractions as well as close to a few remote beaches. Communication with Gwen (cottage owner) was excellent, and she was happy to help.

The mattress in the downstairs bedroom wasn't particularly comfortable, but we made do.
