Clean apartment. Easy to find. Nice to have a washing machine and drying rack.

When we arrived the bathroom floor was very wet, presumably it had just been cleaned? There was some confusion about the door entry card - there wasn’t one in the locker from where we accessed the key. So, the reception guys contacted the owner of the apartment but no reply. The reception staff weren’t able to talk to us as we don’t speak Malay and they didn’t speak English! They did however contact a friend who spoke to us- she arranged a temporary white card to be organised for us after we completed an online form. This card confusion could have been avoided I feel.
