Really well located, spacious and had a lot of facilities

Front door a bit difficult to open to get a pram in and out, there was also sometimes a slight smell of Damp however that could have been due to the age of the building

Location and staff was trying to be very helpful.

There is a bug problem. The sprayed insecticide in the living room without airing out. It was humid and smelled of chemicals when we walked in. Had to air out for the whole afternoon. Very humid property since on ground floor. The terrace can’t be used because it’s a tiny courtyard with only a sky light 3 floors high and has air conditioner ventilation with dripping water. Useless terrace.

The location is amazing, I walked everywhere and its very close to good restaurants/bars, the pillows were nice

Great location. The stuff were very nice and helped us to store our bags until check in. It was greatly appreciated. The shower was also very great.

The apartment was cold because the building is quite old. It might be nice in the summer (we stayed in Feb). It was also difficult to dry laundry because there wasn’t a lot of sun (ground floor).

Çok merkezi oluşunu sevdim. Yürüyerek şehri turlayabildik. Ayrıca tesis oldukça temiz ve mutfaktaki malzemeler yeterliydi. Kahvaltımızı dışarı çıkmadan halledebildik. Sorunlarımızı kolaylıkla whatsapp üzerinden iletişime geçerek çözebildik. Her zaman çok yardımcı oldular.

Camlarda sadece karartma perde oluşunu sevmedim. Tül perde de olsaydı gün ışığından faydalanabilirdik. Perde, ortamı çok karanlık gösterdiğinden sabah uyanmakta zorlandık ve sürekli ışık yakmak zorunda kaldık.

Posizione strategica e comoda per raggiungere tutte le principali zone e attrazioni. Appartamento ben arredato e dotato di ogni comfort. Apprezzato kit di benvenuto con detersivo, tabs lavatrice e lavastoviglie, mini olio, sale zucchero e capsule del caffè. Letto e doccia comodi.

Finestra che dava sulla strada direttamente affacciato all'entrata di un bar per cui necessario tenere le tende sempre chiuse x avere privacy di conseguenza appartamento un po' buio.

Appartement très bien situé et équipé. Le petit kit comprenant quelques éléments essentiels (café, sel, produit vaisselle, lessive et tablettes pour le lave vaisselle) est très appréciable. Communication très fluide permettant une arrive et un départ très simple. Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour

C est un rez de chaussé donc peu lumineux mais certainement appréciable en été avec la petite cour pour prendre l air .

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment room was absolutely beautiful, extremely clean, and cared for down to the smallest details. Everything was well organized and thoughtfully prepared. The location was excellent, very convenient for getting around and exploring the city. We were pleasantly surprised and truly felt at home. The hosts were very kind and welcoming. We would definitely not hesitate to book again if we return to Seville. Highly recommended!
