HOTEL BKC PRIME - NEAR US CONSULATE

The location of hotel BKC Prime is very pathatic. Locality is too bad to stay with family. Building is very old and not maintained at all. All BKC hotels are housed in the same building on different floors. Rooms in BKC Prime are very tiny and majority rooms do not have windows. No toiletris are provided. Quality of linen is also very poor. You pay a very high tarrif for all these downgrade facilities,

The hotel smelled and was claustrophobic. It was not a hotel but a single floor. The person at the reception said a walk in rate is between 3000-3500 per night however I booked it at 5000 per night from booking.com the reception person demanded cash or gpay and said their card machine was not ok.

Breakfast was average. Location was ok

Too much of noise from the terrace.

The staff was very nice. The manager was very helpful. I traveled with my parents and the manager and staff went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable. It was close to the US consulate.

Perfect tha sab kuch, kuch bhi issues nahi tha hotel mai. Staff mast Hai Shohil ji manger mast kaam kar Rahe Hai apna.

Lift k liye wait karna padta hai yhoda but thik hai

It was very near to bkc all office hubs and also near to us embassy. You can easy access yo auto and Uber.

Nothing I felt bad about anything.
