Bkc has many hotels in the same building under different names, we booked bkc prime especially at higher rates a month earlier than check in date, still management denied us the booked room in the booked hotel which was bkc prime instead they accommodated us in bkc mannat which was old building and prices were cheaper too. Very Disappointing as we reached at 9 pm at night no where to go. They said no to booked room and returned our money and told us mannat is available at rs 1000 more discount from the price we booked bkc prime.

Location is terrible. Access to the hotel is through dirt and garbage. Hostel, 2 star hotel, 3 star hotel nearly 5 hotel in the same building on different floors. So all category people will be using the same public areas and elevator.
