HOTEL BKC PRIME - NEAR US CONSULATE

The rooms are in good condition but that's about it.

The location is horrible. The hotel is situated on the tenth floor. The building is in very bad condition and is in a slum area. It is full of garbage and sewers next to it. It is also in a construction area which heavy machinery sound all night. Room has weak wifi. I asked the staff about it but the response was to keep the door open to connect to wifi.

The location is very close to BKC. But the outside road is not that great, making it difficult to receive Ola / Uber Cabs and autos. But other than that, the hotel is in a good location, the staff members are also very helpful, the ambience is also good.

Nothing specific. But they don't have a kitchen in-house. But there is a good veg restaurant on the ground floor, which was able to take care of our needs at all hours. That way, we didn't have any issues with the hotel.

no water in the bathroom 3hrs after check in ,water pressure extremely low no arrangement for tea or coffee, room very dirty with stains on the flooring ,no furniture like chair or tea table in the room in short this is not according to standard of booking.com
