Haven Suite Luxury 5 Star

Location was great, just a short drive to queenstown or an uber which are quite reasonably priced. Hosts were so so lovely and went above and beyond for us throughout our entire stay! Would absolutely reccomend staying here to anybody coming to queenstown.

Very large room that backs out on to a lovely garden that isn't part of the property but were told we could go out there. Lovely big bed and plenty of pillows to choose from. Owner is very helpful and gives you plenty of information. All in all it's lovely and of a high quality. Just a few small issues mentioned below. Location is great for Frankton 10 minutes drive but Queenstown closer to 20 mins.

It seemed very strange that although a big /huge room there is no wardrobe or chest of drawers for your clothes!? Just a few coat hangers at the end of the hall.... We had been traveling for some time so planned a good overhaul of our luggage contents but ended up spreading it all over the floor. The quality of the property is very high but we think maybe a little more thought into what traveller's need is required.

The beds were the comfiest beds I've ever slept in. Warren went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay

Excellent and peaceful location. Extremely beautiful room with flavour of NZ hospitality. Very helpful and sweet owners (Warren and Sue), Very clean and tidy. Puffy cats and a very cute doggy.

The bath towels and bed linen can be changed at least alternate day instead of 6 days.

Very helpful staff and close to the airport. Restaurants and super markets were in close proximity.
