Nice size Nice bed and bathroom

The fridge and freezer didn’t work destroyed all my food I had bought- told the owner and they said the fridge had been adjusted by kids which is why it was hot! 🤥 It wasn’t clean Fridges stunk Rats outside

The location was in comfortable, which meet our purpose. We enjoyed the stay and had good night sleep.

All was good and have not comments to say anything which I disliked.

Lady banging on the door at 11.am sharp even though when I opened it was literally ready to leave wirh my coat on and bags she still insisted on telling me I has to leave! She told me I could hand the fob to her also The place could have been cleaned better, stained headboard with alot of dust on it and also dirt behind the bed some good cleaners would keep the place as it should be. Random people in and out of building not very secure, someone tried to open door at 9am also not really impressed with that

Only booked because of exceptional reviews, deceiving more like verry poor. Dusty, cold water in washroom and shower fridge not working, people fighting downstairs flat at 3am. Not recommended for families unless couples on 1 night cheap stand

The apartment was spacious. Nice shower. Extra large bed in bedroom.

Fridge freezer did not work at all. Milk for children’s breakfast went sour. No hot water and lack of instructions upon arrival. Had to make multiple calls to get help, boiler was not switched on for arrival. Wrong key safe code given by host, could not get into apartment. Took multiple attempts to call to get them to actually answer. TV only had Netflix, unable to get any regular channels. Prior notice given to host to say we were a family of 4 staying with 2 small children so would need to use the sofa bed. No sheet for the mattress, duvet had no cover. Pillows had no covers, felt like we were sleeping in a squat. Unhygienic expecting people to sleep on a bare mattress and duvet with no cover. Only 3 pieces of cutlery in the drawers, yet they say the accommodation can sleep 4. When windows were open at night could smell other residents smoking cannabis in the block. Left mobile phone adapter and chargers behind, messaged host about this to ask if we could pay to have them returned. Host never replies.
