La construcción es muy deficiente, en realidad no es un apartamento sino un local comercial situado en los bajos de un edificio reconvertido en vivienda de forma muy precaria, la VENTILACIÓN del mismo es insuficiente, desde que entras hay olor a humedad del inmueble. Hay unas ventanas superiores del pasillo que están abiertas por las que entra todo el ruido del edificio, mala INSONORIZACIÓN Las toallas de mano del baño, alfombras y colchas están muy usadas y dan sensación de SUCIEDAD, él suelo presenta restos de yeso/pintura de alguna reforma, el apartamento está sucio cuando entramos, suelo encimeras, fundas de sofá, y los muebles presentan polvo

El recibimiento fue súper muy amable la propietaria Botella de vino incluida y deliciosas magdalenas. Muy limpio el apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para una agradable la estancia. Volveré nuevamente en otra oportunidad. Lo recomiendo

The location it’s fantastic.15 min walk to Canteras Beach.Lovely neighbourhood and close to Spar and HiperDino supermarket. Close to Virgen del Carmen Church. The anfitrión is really approachable in case of necessity.

Don’t panic about the WiFi.It will works after a few hours.
