Всё в пешей доступности!!! Хочется отметить плиту,большой холодильник, кровать, посуду, балкончик, в квартире было всё необходимое для проживания, хозяйка сразу же реагировало при необходимости.

Надо бы добавить стул и стол был повреждён.

The accommodation was in a great location, close to the city center. The room was cozy and had everything we needed.

The room description mentioned soundproofing — that’s a really good joke. We could hear everything happening in the building and knew exactly when people were coming back from the bar. The neighbors were extremely noisy, running and shouting in the hallways even at 2 a.m. The door wasn’t sealed at all, so it felt like the neighbors were running through our room.

Very clean, comfortable, AC, amazing location

Wifi was a bit slower than last year

Self-checkin, which is nice. The apartment is facing an interior court-yard, so it's nice and quiet. It was clean. The host is engaging and easily reachable, but they are an admin of multiple apartments, not the owner of this place. Nice, quiet area, seems to be close to tourist attractions and a shopping street.

I went there in February and it was cold as hell. The AC did no job of heating up the place. the floor is pure concrete, no rugs in sight. The card used to power on the electricity is connected to the house keys, so you cannot leave the AC running while you are outside of the apartment. I asked for a space heaters, they said they did not have one. You have hot water if you turn on the boiler and wait 30 minutes. Otherwise, you get cold showers. Myself, being from a country where hot water and proper space heating are a basic necessity and must-have, this place felt like a tent out in the mountains, on a cold autumn day.
